Actual delinquent, not just mistaken to be one because of appearance or something. As for the guy any type will do as long as he's NOT another delinquent/gangster too. For example Why Do You Love Me?, The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend or Tohru's parents' relationship in Fruits Basket. Please no harem, reverse harem or BL/GL. Other genres beside those are cool.
