I have quite the frustrating dilemma here.

I want to set a profile picture for myself which should sound simple enough, but uh no its not simple. I'm really confused as to how to do it.

I have gone into my settings to edit my profile and have attempted to upload the photo (using the upload avatar button) I want. Bottom line, it doesn't work. (And if it DOES "work", it logs me out and I can't log in, for the server thinks I have not confirmed my account- which I have. So then I have to make another account and its really frustrating. This is my third account)

Just please, anyone, tell me how to set a profile picture step by step and maybe I can figure out how to navigate this website a bit better.

You actually didn't confirm your account because you tried to change your email address to something that obviously isn't your correct email
