Lol the sequel is called W Juliet II
But I totally agree. I think it's one of the first mangas that got me into gender benders. When I finished reading it, i was so disappointed to find out there wasn't an anime for it because it has such great stories that would draw in any demographic.

If you think that Otomen is what you're looking for, then Mizutama Honey Boy might be what you're really really looking for. Also, seconding on Samurai High School, but it's kind of short? Only 25 chapters or so. Both of these are really good, though. Really recommended.
