I've seen a couple, "Goong - Princess Hours" which was fun but not great, and "Coffee Prince" which I loved.
Those are the only two I can think of right now; I tend to prefer Japanes doramas since I'm trying to learn Japanese (and I've found a lot more J-doramas that interest me, and they tend to be a more manageable length...)

I've watched several k-dramas, including the ones TofuQueen mentioned - Coffee Prince was soooo good! I also recommend My Girl. I haven't seen Likable or Not.
I like Japanese dramas better, though. There seems to me to be more variety of story in the romantic genre. Romance K-dramas (usually) follow a very predicatable pattern and it gets boring after a while. Some kind of awkward forced relationship --> one side falls in love with the other --> rivals appear --> lots of misunderstanding --> mutual feelings --> family is against relationship --> happy ending.
J-dramas are also shorter - 45 minute episodes and 10-12 episode series compared to 1 hour episodes and 16+ episode series for k-drama.

They're too loooong~
I've started some, 'cause my aunt that collects them forced some dvds for me to watch. Winter Sonata, Frog Price, and Love Story in Harvard... didn't get past 3 episodes >_>
I liked the movie My Sassy Girl though.

Yeah, I've watched it. The ending was sorta to happy for my tastes. Seonjae was such a fag and he suddenly turned "good" at the end and he got back with Sua. If I was Sua I would never wanna see that jerk's face again. And the happy picture at the end was really too cheesy for me. Sorry, but I'll stick to my anime instead. But I have watched good ones. But this was just not my cup of tea.

I'm deathly afraid of Korean dramas, and I'm saying this after having seen enough of their series to be satisfied with the conclusion that I should stay as far away from them as possible.
In Korean dramas everything is super melodramatic. Someone is always catching some kind of terminal illness, as if the bubonic plague has hit and is spreading at an incredible rate throughout the population. Sometimes it seems like any one series can't go on for ten minutes without someone (or everyone) bawling their eyes out to the point that it becomes ridiculous and I have to start counting the moments in between the wailing and the "dieing in my arms" scenes.
When someone cries am I suppose to burst out laughing? That's what Korean dramas have done to my reactions; completely fugged it up.
I also find Korean characters to be too stupid to live. They create senseless misunderstandings that could have been easily resolved if the characters didn't insist so much on being a tragedy case.
Cheesy, corny... I'm sure there are plenty of words along those lines to describe Korean dramas. Let me go find a thesaurus... so that I can beat the producers senseless with it for making the shows.

One drama I'd recommend, which isn't the "typical" Korean drama is Iljimae. It's only 20 episodes (15 have been aired), and has a lot of twists and events. The beginning starts out dull, what with it being when the main characters were young, but the drama picks up quickly from the 3rd episode on.

I have watched a small few...mostly...practically all, are comedy shows XD
200 Pounds Beauty <-singer/plastic surgery/comedy <3
Attack on the pin-up boys <-HILARIOUS XDDD
(actors focused on Super Junior members *a korean boyband* Super Junior has a bunch of other different acting skits too, all utterly hilarious XDDD includes short parodies of Goong, Coffee Prince, and various variety shows)
Nonstop 6 - a sitcom. pretty cute ^^ good to pass time by. *i'd say the story gets better at epi.30-ish. The beginning episodes are a bit...less interesting...(just a note, it's not a "realistic" show XD)
Coffee Prince - seconded<3 read above~~<3
plus some other ones i saw on the tv before *but didn't really take interest in*
XD so yeah, that's basically all the ones i can think on top of my head
