Well, a couple days ago I decided to try playing anarchy online. I've decided I don't like it, so I want to uninstall it. However, the uninstallation program looks for the files in my C drive, but I installed the game on my D drive. The program doesn't allow me to specify where to look for the files.

In other words, I can't uninstall the game. I need to know how to get rid of it. I can delete the files from my computer, but I'm not sure of how to mess with my registry. I ran regedit but couldn't find any folders named funcom or anarchy. I haven't contacted the game developers... I thought it would be rude to say I didn't want to play their game and that I'm having trouble uninstalling it.

I strongly suggest that you discuss it with them, you don't have to care about being rude to them... They aren't really people it's just a big company. Most of the employees don't care about the game either. So when you are going to call tech support and ask about uninstalling their program, THEY HAVE TO answer and also they probably wouldn't care at all... (It's not like it's going to affect them directly... It,s not his fathers company or something).
So basically best plan of action for now is to call tech support IMO.
I have a couple of solutions but they certainly aren't "clean" (probably not at all), and I strongly advise you to try something else first...

Get an ethernet cable for your PS2 and plug it into your router.

And instead of using the unistaller it came from, does going to control panel -> add or remove programs not work? I'm not one to know much about PCs, but it's what I always do...
