Like today, I just killed a fly with bug spray on the window thing. It died, turned over then tiny white thing begin to crawl out of the fly and onto the ground. I was shocked. I thought fly lay eggs and these eggs hatch and become maggots. But apparently from this fly, maggots were already hatched and crawling inside it's belly. Anyone care to educate me on this topic? I know maggots are lamb's specialty. Freaking Wikipedia does not have sufficient amount of info

To me the most probable option is that they hatched for the bug spray, to "escape" poison.
I'm not an expert but I also know that flies usually lay eggs on dead meat so the grubs can take nutrition from it when they hatch. Maybe do they hatch cause the fly die? Or maybe just cause they can't keep staying inside a "dead vessel"?

maybe the fly had been infested with some kind of parasite, maybe something similar to a botfly?

botfly infects flesh....not other insects.....I think the maggots hatched before they were laid due to the heat and the fly not finding a spot fast enough

My guess is that the fly is, or rather was, sick.

Maybe the mama fly was trying to spend time with her babies... until you killed her and the babies too T__T

Well, its not completely unheard for a bug to use another bug to incubate its eggs until they hatch from the empty shell of its host.

As far as my knowledge goes Maggots come out of the incubated eggs of a fly ( I know only Horseflies in that matter )
