I'm guessing most of the people who voted are guys? I'm a girl and I go for yaoi. I don't really like hentai, since it's usually all about the girl's breasts. I'm ok with some yuri, but I like most (but not all) yaoi. I guess maybe because it's made by women for women? I attended a lecture once on yaoi, and after I told my Mom about it, she asked me what the appeal was. All I could say was, "it's hot?"

Hmm.... Erm.... I'd probably have to go with yaoi on that one. Yuri's fine too, as I'm a girl and a sucker for romance no matter what genders it's involving. Out of all the BL's I've read (6 total), only 2 are actually considered yaoi. The other 4 are considered shonen-ai (hard yaoi's not my type). But really, considering my age (first year junior high) I've gone pretty darn far in the "yaoi, yuri, and hentai" section. So much that I scare my friends who aren't as mature.
About that... People like me don't really have that much of a reaction to talk about... I read it the same way I do every type of manga. Hard yaoi sends shivers up my spines though (realize that I'm not even close to being old enough to read it yet so my maturity does have it's limits).... Sorry, is this considering sharing what exactly I do while reading these mangas?
