Omg Ichigo 100% is really interesting manga, but about the girl i think Nishino is better since the mangaka made her character perfect in any side.

I am a bit confused about the poll. I think Tsukasa is the most perfect of the girls and ofcourse I support her as I am her fan but I think she already got the man that she loved so do I still vote for her? I mean there is nothing more she deserves. So i didnt vote for anyone. But yeah I was amused that Kurokawa sensei actually got votes lol

I feel that Satsuki really got the short end of the stick, though I like all 3 girls almost equally.

Dude the ending was messed up and it should have been aya. I mean if you don't end up being with a girl who was naked in a broken down shack with you and likes you its stupid. It was the best story I had seen since I''S which is my favorite. Ichigo 100% would have been if not for the ending. It had put in alot of awsome stuff in it from a bunch of diffrent romance mangas. It was a upgraded version of I''S.

well if you are talking about spending nights Junpei spent two nights with Tsukasa and so far even the poll shows who was the preferred girl although Toujo and Satsuki are both wonderful girls as well but Tsukasa is just perfect. She is a blend of everything the perfect mixture of aggresiveness and innocense

Ichigo 100% is easily my favorite manga and I am very satisfied with the ending. I've read this manga over ten times already (I read it every few months and at least once every time I'm on ship for an excercise). The first time I read it I was pushing hard for Mukai and really thought she had gotten screwed. As I read though I felt more and more for Tsukasa because every time you read something you pick up a little bit more each time. Tsukasa has grown on me and while I do feel for Aya and Satsuki I believe that Tsukasa was the proper choice. Aya was the obvious choice at the start of the manga seeing as she was the girl he first fell in love with although due to a misunderstanding he ends up with Tsukasa at the start. Aya was relying almost entirely on the fact that they both wanted to make a movie and then dumb luck of the situation (be it good or bad) to press their relationship forward whereas Tsukasa had to work to keep their relationship together while being away from Junpei and working towards a dream of her own. Tsukasa allowed Junpei to mature as well which was shown in the end when he made that little movie with Yui to show his skills. He relied heavily on Aya for scripts which made his movies far better than what they would have been without her and caused Junpei to use her as a crutch. Tsukasa however tended to push Junpei to mature so that he could stand on his own and not always need someone else's help such as swimming. Satsuki in my mind acted almost like a catalyst towards the start of the manga and her role became to act as a block between Aya and Junpei so that she could get Junpei and Amachi could get Aya. Mukai was put in as a catalyst to push Aya towards Junpei to almost counter Satsuki and then push her further to where she would confess to Junpei and we get our cookie cutter ending. Due to Aya's nature though she doesn't get pushed to that point fast enough and Tsukasa had already won Junpei back and by then it was too late. This in a way allowed Aya to mature in herself and grow beyond Junpei so that her talents weren't slowed by Junpei and progress. The only viable relationship those two could have had at the time was Junpei leaning on Aya as a crutch. As previously mentioned Tsukasa pushed Junpei forward to maturity while at the same time not stunting her own growth to do so. The only one who I guess could have gotten the "short end of the stick" was Satsuki because she herself never really got a conclusion to her part of the story other than working at her family's place.

@dragonuser55, very well observed and explained you share my views. I think Aya may have been fated to be with Junpei but Tsukasa changed fate itself by sheer determination and perseverence and made her own luck. If you have time you can read my post also since we both went read ichigo100% more than a few times and Tsukasa fans. Here's the link to my post -

lol...u're indeed a true tsukasa fanboy, huh? smile
actually this is the 1st time i see someone ranting a long post to support tsukasa.
my feedback are:
i agree with some of ur points, while i also don't agree with some of ur points.
i think all the girls are all flawless in front of my eyes.
i think i have no right to justify which girl is the most perfect.
in the end, it's just a matter of personal preference.

smile

lol that I am and you are right in the end it comes down to personal preference and if we agreed on everything there would be nothing to discuss and less to post and less fun to go around. But I didn't think Satsuki would be this popular

yeah, i voted for satsuki too...even though aya is my personal fave.
because at the time i submit my vote, aya was in the 1st position.
so, i thought i don't need to vote for her.
well, now i realized i should have voted for aya laugh
ah, i already voted for satsuki anyway smile

*edit:
wow! the position are now equal between the big 3
it's really so much fun to watch this competition laugh

I do think that Satsuki got the worst deal out of it but I didn't think there would be so many people who wanted her to have a "happier" ending I guess.

I didn't actually intend to be throwing myself out there as a Tsukasa fanboy at all actually but I guess that is how it came out dead. When I first read this series I didn't actually care too much for any of the girls in particular until I hit Mukai. As far as what I said though, many of those points can be taken as biased and based upon a certain person's pov since someone can say that they don't think two events are related and you could probably point out some things that would go against what I had mentioned previously. I had also meant to keep it short and only realized the full length after I had actually posted it lol.

It is pretty interesting, however, that people are still discussing this manga since its been completed for many years and many other harem romance have come out since then. I'm surprised how many people think that Tsukasa could have done better even though she did end up being with Junpei in the end, though I'm guessing these are people who believe that Junpei is a good for nothing who probably belonged with Satsuki, Aya, or someone else. I remember the first time I read through I really wanted him to end up with Mukai but I never really thought of him as not good enough for any of the other girls. If the girl likes someone, she likes someone not too much you can really do about that.

This being my favorite manga, even with my disdain for ecchi, gives me a warm fuzzy feeling seeing discussions pop up about it biggrin

Satsuki does.
Other chicks lacked character.
