Kuragehime is a good one. Although its not really about bullying or revenge, rather an apartment full of otakus XD its nice though, and the main girl (and eventually her friends) become pretty. Made me laugh a couple of times too, definately worth a try

If i were you i would read Heart no Kuni no Alice. She stumbles in to Wonderland and ends up trying to fit in. Its been dropped because its been licensed in english, but i dont think that should stop you from reading it though

You should try Heaven!! Its a romance manga that is probably the only book thats made me laugh out loud
