Could've been good, but repeats too many misconceptions about sexuality that are annoying

Honestly, this could have been a great romantic comedy that is (loosely) rooted in gay culture, different from most BLs, since there's a lot of references to it (some of them being kinda... offensive sometimes)
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
but the author insists in repeating that Tagaki is "straight" and only feel something for his boss because he's somehow special, he actually can only feel sexual attraction to women (and the boss). There are like four whole chapters discussing about how sexuality is not important in love and that's why is possible that they have fallen in love with each other when actually being capable of loving someone romantically is the very essence of sexuality (in truth, sex a lot of time means nothing) and I JUST CAN'T BRING myself to take this seriously the way it is intended.

Said that, I'm completely disappointed with this manga, unfortunately I was hoping for a diferent story and at this rate I don't think the author will change anything in the plot. 🙁
I know, maybe I'm simply asking too much of a comedic manga, but still, I hate this kind of disservice being repeated again and again when it comes do boys love.
