I <3 EVERY PART OF THIS MANGA!!!

*playing air drums right now* I must say all of Yoshino Aki's works are golden works of art, art just makes you stare at it longer, story makes you wanna go back to those priceless moments and read/watch it over and over again, ahh this mangaka, definitely in the board of great mangakas of all time! at least in my heart XD This manga once again showcased all of Yoshino-sensei's great attributes in making a memorable story that doesn't feel draggy nor too short, just enough to let you put it down with a contented heart ^w^ and of course drawing the story into live, making it play in your mind, live action! She is totally the best in conveying emotions to readers, i reckon if i read her tragedy genre manga, i would surely cry and the story would be lingering in my mind for a long time, so till now, i don dare to read Tada, Kimi o Aishiteru, haha but i'm sure it'll be good, give it a read, well if you're not like me ^-^ AHAHAHA I'm so happy now~

Here for the first story only

Contrary to others' opinion about it being merely fluff, I adored the first story. My rating may be because of my preference for Mary Sue characters x laidback men though. I can totally imagine a real-life perfectionist go through the kind of whirlwind romance shown in the first story. Despite liking both the characters, I didn't give Yuru Koi a 10 because I was kind of put off by the abrupt ending. I wish there was a better resolution. Then again, it was a nice love story.

I can't help but wonder if I read the same story as everyone else. This manga was truly average, but not bad. Though it was a breath away from being a shoujo in my opinion.

Characters- 3 stars- Yoshino Aki must have a theme going with the female characters having to be perfect as also seen in Heart no Ousama. The women are beautiful, they aren't annoying, but I feel like they're definitely some Mary Sue characters. They don't have bad personalities, yet the male character wants to tell them it's bad which just makes them confused and angry. That's a bit frustrating. I still like the guys, but they're obviously made to compliment the women by being more carefree. By the way, has anyone noticed many of Yoshino Aki's male characters look alike?

Plot- 3 stars- Well, the first story was just fluff. They fell in love quickly, faced no real drama, and apparently lived happily ever after. The second story was a little better, but because it was only a one-shot, it's not really worth talking about. The last story was a continuation of Heart no Ousama which, in my opinion, was probably better left out. It literally introduced the exact same problem from the previous manga which just shows that that couple hasn't progressed at all.

Uniqueness- 5 stars- After reading over-the-top dramas like Hapi Mari, Midnight Secretary, or whatever other josei that features bickering couples, crying, breaking up, and heavy smut this was definitely...different. Not in a good or bad way. It was just boarder-line shoujo that made people a little light-hearted to be rid of the soap-opera crap.

Overall- 4 stars- I am a HUGE fan of Shuukatsu! Kimi ni Naitei. It's one of the best josei I've ever read because it was so refreshing and well executed, but Yoshino Aki's other works haven't quite met that quality yet. They're not bad, but they're definitely lacking.

I don't understand how people are so in love with this, but I suppose to each his own. It's still worth reading if you're into fluff or need a break from drama-filled mangas.

Cute

Nothing too too special, but it has its strong points. For once, I don't hate the female protagonist. She has some issues, but they're all very human, and they're pretty well addressed in the manga. The romance is a little too fast for my taste, but it's cute nonetheless. While the romance is definitely the main focus of this manga, there's also some discussion of what it means to be a successful and good person, and I liked that part of the manga more than I did the romance. It was refreshing.
Overall, a solid pick for shoujo lovers.

First story

It has a laid back atmosphere and sweet little romance stories. I like the first story the most while the second and third stories are pretty good as well. There are indeed typical shoujo-ish elements to it like crying scenes out of nowhere and easily predictable plots. But nonetheless, a recommended reading for romance lovers.

Now this is a great story! This is truly a slow romance, but it's done so well that i was green with envy towards the main heroine. If you're looking for a really sweet romance, with good art, this is perfect.

The last extra is a sequel to another of sensei's story. It was quite steamier than any of her other stories, but no less good. Still not much fond of the heroine, but a bigger desire to have Maa-kun for myself!

I liked the third story because it had interesting characters but overall the manga was quite boring and had too many pointless crying scenes. As for the art, it was pretty, nothing outstanding but nice to look at.

And trust me, I don't call things 'beautiful' very often. It's like one of those oneshots you read once and wonder why it was never serialised as a regular series. This one could definitely have gone far.

Quick, beautiful and amazingly sweet read.

It's completely beautiful. You feel dissapointed only for that those kind of one-shots won't continue anymore. I love it too much because the romance was not forced and it's well developed in 3 chapters, even includes 2 short stories that are also very good. 100% recommended for the ones who like the pure love!

One of Those Manga

This was much better than I was honestly expecting it to be. Sure, it contains some cliche elements--but the entire story is very well-done, and the stories are thoughtfully inspired. The main story is very cute and sweet, as are the one shots. And not one of the stories feels trite, or as though it's just taking up space (which is difficult to do with what is essentially a Volume of oneshots). The art is beautiful and the stories are interesting and sweet. I'm not sure there's much more you can ask for!
