The plot doesn't make much sense if you think about it, but the pacing is good and the chemistry between the leads is excellent. The art is okay. Not the best manhwa around but not the worst either. Okay for a light read.

Nothing substantial and plot is SLOW. Everyone saying the chemistry between the main characters is great needs to read better works. It’s a slow burn with a rushed ending at best. Female lead is annoying. I’m on Chapter 65 and she has nothing going for her. No character development between the two of them either.

Thought this would be cheap love island nonsense but gave it a chance due to reviews. The FL does indeed have a horrible personality... at the beginning. And some things make zero sense.

Nevertheless, If you lived past c19 or so, congratulations you found a good read. Plot is decent. Art is REALLY nice. These webtoon artists always seem to draw pretty girls and end up making men unattractively girly rather than handsome, this author, has "Handsome" down REALLY well. At least read upto 36, you'll see what I mean.

I believe all the negative reviews are early ones, and I do think its the authors fault, she will have lost a lot of readers because of a poor early hook 🙁

pick it up for yourself. i guarantee you'll enjoy it. these reviews have to be the work of trolls. the story is good, the art is good, the pacing (for a series barely 30 chapters in) is good, and it holds promise. you won't regret it.

...I've read quite a few (? I think) Romance Fantasy stories, and this was the first ML that I was "O.O yup! he's handsome!! More like this please!". ... and maybe because the red hair made think of my first character crush ^^'

But seriously, I found this because I was looking for red hair ML, since there aren't many (?), and it did not disappoint!!

This was an overall good story and had a nice art. The chemistry that was written between the male and female lead was really what made the story work. I think the fact that I wanted side stories means that it was good to begin with (of course side stories would’ve made it better).

The plot was a little clumsy here and there but for the most part it was a solid story and made sense and the ending didn’t feel rushed.

The plot was a little meh, for me, but I loved the cuteness between the FL and ML. I did appreciate the mixture of a historical setting with modern elements (magical social media, etc.). Overall, was fluffy and cute. I don't feel like I wasted my time reading it.

The chemistry and art are just *chefs kiss
When the story starts off it seems like a light hearted comedy but the deeper you go a compelling plot starts to slowly unravel. You may not even notice it at first because you're too busy laughing. I love these two bickering leads. Their chemistry is off the charts and its obvious they're actually well suited. They both have their own walls up and wear the public images they've cultivated around themselves like a protective cloak. If you are simply able of not judging a book by its cover you'll quickly realize there is more to these lead characters than meets the eye. This manhwa has me laughing almost every chapter and i quickly found myself attached. Im really interested in watching their romance unfold. I'm sure it will be a heart pounding experience. If you're a fan of hot leads, bickering love interests or strong, blood thirsty male leads who are protective of the ones they love then you will be head over heels for this manhwa

Imma renew my review. This is one of the best romantic comedies I’ve ever read. Though the last arc was a bit rushed

But the story is neat and direct, they did achieve all of their goals (well I guess that’s what matters) maybe bcs I’ve read too much novels/manhwas that delved on the side characters a lot.

I recommend this a lot, only to people who are fine with the story about the main characters only bcs they didn’t put the spotlight into the side characters much (we pretty much almost know nothing abt the side characters), and some problems were only solved vaguely and wasn’t explored.

What I need is side stories!

Though it’s a refreshing read with a decent plot for someone who doesn’t have anything to read or wants to take a break from those complicated dramas and action.

The ending was pretty rushed and everything got solved a little too quickly, I assume it was a situation of no more funding: end the series? But, that's just a guess!! Otherwise, the FL is so funny and relatable and the ML is a bit stoic but eventually a cutie pie.
