the art...it could have been so beautiful...but something about it wasnt right...its like the author's only seen models...because the faces are just too perfect. the eyes were too dark like they all wore mascara, the author didnt use shading so it hurts to read it.
the stories? stupid, stupid, stupid.

in the snow white one, i wasnt even aware of the stupidities manga artists could vomit out, but apparently now theres a new low for me.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
so, just because some STUFFED ANIMALS told you it would 'save her' you GO AND FUCK HER WHILE SHES UNCONCIOUS?!!!!

yeah. ill let you know when ive figured that one out.

the cinderella story-really stupid.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
so the old man lets those girls die to find the 'perfect' beauty for his movie?
. and the actress with the long hair is smart and composed, then shes angry and bitchy...

all the guy love interests look the same, and all the guys look sleazy and sex-crazed. the sex scenes are really ugly. i dont know how to explain.in fact, even though the drawing could be beautiful she draws them without emotion. its like a robot drew the series because there's no signature in it.

and i couldnt read more. i was stunned by the stupidity of the writer.

Really awful

So I love twisted fairy tales and putting a spin on something classic. But, that's really not what this is. To be honest, I could only get through the first story, "Cinderella," so it's possible the following ones are better, but I really doubt it.

First of all, it really has nothing to do with the fairy tale despite a few things here and there that seem forced more than integral to the plot. Second, I agree with what the other reviewer said about the art. The characters all look like emotionless zombies and really are kind of creepy. I didn't care about any of them at all. Sure it was only two chapters, but still. Make at least one of them likable. And the sex scenes are really completely out of no where and just stupid.

It was like, randomly, "Ohh, the director is watching so I'm going to impress him!" Flash of awkward scene of a girl touching her self. Then continue on as if nothing had happened. wtf?

Overall, it's just bad. It's just really really bad. Don't even waste your time.

Vol 2 was better

The three stories in the first volume all followed the same formula: Take a fairy tale, put it in a modern, non-fantastical setting, make it darker, and add a plot twist at the end. Unfortunately, the real plot twist is how predictable the twists are. Unless you're new to fiction, you can guess the reveal pretty easily in all three. None of the twists are original and for each one, you can probably think of several works of fiction with a similar reveal that execute it better. The characters also aren't all that memorable; the MCs have very little personality (except the Little Red Riding Hood one, to some extent, I guess) and the other characters are pretty archetypy as well.

I liked the second volume a lot more; the author dropped the gimmicks and just concentrated on modernising a Greek mythology. Now, one possible reason I prefer it is because I've never heard of the Greek myth before, but I also think that the second volume has more content fleshing out its characters and their motivations. It is still not without issues (I find that the MC's personality changes too often - I still can't fathom why she can be really cruel in some situations but really kind in others) but still, she was much better MC than the ones in the first volume. It's not the best story in the world, but still worth the time (it doesn't take long to finish anyway).

So if you want to read this manga, you should probably just skip the first volume.
