I only read the main story, which is is about 100 pages and has two equally split story arcs/couples. Standard “yakuza with a heart of gold” fluff with a reasonable amount of smut; overall enjoyable if that’s what you’re looking for. Looks like the full tankubon has closer to 200 pages; I'm not sure what other stories are included and haven't read them.
The first arc (the one described in the synopsis here) is...fine, the characters are shallow and it's a cliché storyline that relies on an unelaborated “yakuza are bad therefore this guy is bad” conflict. Would rate this a 5 on its own: nothing actively detracts from it, and it looks nice and is pleasant to read, but it’s pretty forgettable.
Despite taking up roughly the same number of pages, the second arc is significantly better in terms of both character development and plot - I would rate it a 7 on its own. There’s a rape scene but it’s definitely framed as a bad thing, not as “it’s not rape if you end up enjoying it.”

Each story arc focuses on a yakuza seme + his cute younger uke: Sahashi Kazuhiro + Matsunaka Takuma and Takasaki Iwao + Hasumi Ayato. The two yakuza are half-brothers, and each plays a part in his brother’s story arc as well. It’s kind of interesting to see how Takasaki is portrayed in the first arc (and how he perceived by Sahashi/Takuma) vs how Ayato sees him in the second arc, and vice versa for how Sahashi - but honestly, Sahashi in arc one doesn’t seem like the same character as Sahashi in arc two at all.
Both of the relationships are depicted as warm and loving, especially Takasaki/Ayato. Ayato’s backstory does a good job of explaining both how he got caught in shady things as well as explaining why he is skeptical of other people, which makes the gentle way that Takasaki treats him feel deeper and more meaningful that Sahashi treating Takuma kindly. Their sex scenes are less “doing it because horny” and more “exploring and communicating the depth of our emotions.”
