Description
Enji is moving on to college and it turns out he’ll be living with his cousin Mizuho, who he hasn’t seen in seven years. Enji, once the younger cousin that Mizuho thought of as a cute little brother, is now a tall, handsome man practically oozing with cool. And yet, despite how close they used to be, Enji’s giving him the cold shoulder. Has Enji simply grown out of being Mizuho’s surrogate younger brother, or is he trying to hide his true feelings?

I don't understand the high ratings

This entire fcking plot is driven by misunderstandings. Given that the majority of yaoi manga plot is driven by misunderstandings, this particular story is just a little bit worse than average.

The best part of this manga was the art, and in my opinion the art was not great. Not terrible, but not too easy on the eyes either. This review sounds pretty bitchy, yeah, but I'm probably just in a bad mood from reading this boring story.

Don't bother wasting an hour reading it.

A story driven by misunderstandings alone? The premise definitely didn't sound good to me, and as expected the story also turned out quite far from my liking. Conflicts were built up one after another, but since they were just the results of new misunderstandings springing up all over the place, I didn't quite find myself enjoying what I read. Yes so the author did manage to create some angst to spice up the manga and I can't say I didn't feel anything, but that alone couldn't help save the story from its somewhat disastrous plot. However, the real surprise was the totally anti-climatic and out-of-place ending. It's like all the momentum that the plot had got until then (and little at that too) completely vanished for the sake of a resolution, and the happy ending didn't quite satisfy. I couldn't even feel very much for the characters, they had failed to draw much sympathy from me as well. Was this really all that sweet?

very sweet bl, but gah, the misunderstandings! i like my stories to have angst, but angst caused by careless misunderstandings is just lazy storytelling, in my opinion ;/ would have just been better to cut yoshimi out and just have enji super jealous of mizuho and his friend, lol.

the angst i would have preferred would be if issei was actually in love with mizuho the whole time as well. UNREQUITED LOVE FTW. *cough* im not a masochist, i swear

Hmm...I wanted to say that Mizuho is very....very...what's that word again? The type of people who likes to jump to conclusions and assume that, that is the final result. Ugh. Why can't he just find out the truth from Enji?! The story seems like as if everything has been cut short. And what's with Yoshimi? He acts like a snob and makes me wanna whack him for goodness sake. I only gave it an 8.5 because the ending was nice. That's it.

Even if the story wasn't that great, the message it gave was magnificent. Mostly because I am all too familiar with the hard battle with one's pride when it comes to confessing one's feelings and facing possible rejection from the other party. Maybe I'm looking too much into this, but that's what I was left with after I finished reading this.

I laugh too much! Even though this series is not funny, but i feel it's really funny story that i ever read before!! This manga is so cute, funny, sweet, and kind of annoying!! Peace
I love when i know the truth!! Yoshimi-san is very clever guy in this manga who made a good misunderstanding between Eiji and Mizuho. And i love Issei who just be a good friend to Mizuho.

I'll give this 10

... at least the first four chapters bigrazz
You know childhood friends who used to gaze together at the stars and falls in love with each other, very romantic.
And they almost never talk about the issue of being homosexual per se so it's just like any other love story (with lots of silly misunderstandings).
I really liked the art and the flow of the story, even though it tends to be a little cliched and overdramatic, but it's bearable, recommended.

I started this with an optimistic mind since I'm a big sucker for childhood-friends-falling-in-love stories, especially with such a simple but romantic idea, constellations astronomy n whatnot.... but it came out quite disappointing, mainly because of the unnecessary 3 chapters of angst.... don't get me wrong, the authors pull angst off fairly well, more so than I could say for the regular yaoi mangas, but the misunderstanding is just so awkward and foolish.... I mean c'mon, incest angst would be even more convincing, albeit cliche, but still more logical
anyhow, the drawing is nice, as expected of honami sensei.... but as far as plot goes, I still prefer Yabai Kimochi

another plot driven by dumbness

this one i liked better when i read it the first time. since then i've been exposed to way too much BL that uses really dumb misunderstandings to drive the plot, misunderstandings that would be easily cleared up by just one simple, honest talk with each other. IMO that's lazy writing, because hey, it's easier than to think up something meaningful. why in the world would mizuho trust a total stranger's word over what's going on with somebody he cares about? what is it with both mizuho and enji, that they do not believe each other when they each claim they're NOT going out with another person? mizuho is unbelievably dumb when he doesn't even trust enji's words; as if enji would ever lie about something like that. dumb misunderstandings, dumb jealousy, unnecessary angst. life is damn hard enough without such artificial barriers; the walls between people are so high to begin with,

that said, this is still pretty good compared to the field as a whole. and i am a total sucker for childhood friends falling in love, so this had me from the go. the art is lovely; maybe honami's best. it's well paced too, and overall is an enjoyable read, even if one rolls one's eyes a bit at the cliche plotting.

This is exactly the type of guylove that I look for.
Absolutely amazing, sweet, and loving.

I really liked the misunderstandings and the jealousy. There wasn't any deception or rape or anything that seems to plague yaoi lately.

I think you should definitely read this!
