I myself have an irrational hatred for almost all shoujos out there, however I found this manga to be very satisfying. I didn't cry tears of happiness or sadness, but there were plenty of "awww" moments, during which I'm sure I would have cried if I was a girl instead of a boy.

Overall, I'd say that comedy and school life play a minor role in being the genres for this manga, while it tends to focus on being more Dramatic/Romantic.

9/10, would've gotten a full score if the ending actually told us anything about what happened to characters other than Yuzuyu.

i agree with the reviewed that the relationship with kokoro and Kippei wasnt developed too well, i would have liked it if she appeared more in the manga. i feel like Kippei was too concerned with being the nice guy and helping out all these girls, rather than being there for kokoro. what kind of guy who has a girlfriend goes to some girls house by himself to help this girl with her sick sister? kokoro should have been developed more.

i also wish it would last longer..... great manga

This series is beautiful~ made me cry at the end!!!
The relationship between yuzuyuxkippei is very, very
touching and special *sniff* omg its soo sad!!! omg!

AB was a unique manga, never seen one like this before myself nor heard of one. it had enough depth in characters and their relationships and everything was explained quite well.
the art was good (im not good to judge this because i can't draw anything decent)
wish they would have had a few more pages to show what happened to everyone in the future.

unique plot, definitely not cliche or sappy. realistic and heart-warming.. beautiful art!
Character wise:
Keppei was FAR too concerned with being 'the nice guy' (quoting below)..i felt kinda bad for Kokoro. As much as i love Keppei, i would never want to be in the same position as she was in....gosh at some point i was thinking if Yuzuyu and Keppei were going to end up together in the future! The love Keppei had for Kokoro wasn't nearly as strong as the love he has for Yuzuyu...yet he talks about her as if she her his future wife...so yea, the Keppei + Kokoro relationship could have been far more developed.
The ending was a bit rushed and unclear...she could have added a few more chapters if not, at least a volume more.

I really like it... the story and the way it turned trough the story... but, didn't like the end... i think it was a little unfair

this manga is totally very nice..
but the series taranta ranta was quite disappointing..they didn't say the ending properly..
but the drawings are really good..
hope that maki youko would continue to have this kind of work.
