Look, maybe it's just me, but I think most of the low score comes from the fact that this manga is from Oh great, who also did Tenjou Tenge (which was bad and got worse as time went on)
But this manga is great, even though there is fanservice, you've got to admit, there really isn't that much. I mean, I don't think there's fanservice in half the chapters. So pretend this manga isn't by OH GREAT and maybe you'll enjoy it more

This manga starts out a little boring but it gets better the more you read it.

good fanservice but thats about all of it (ill give 10/10 for fanservice the rest are just mediocre actually i dont think its even mediocre)

Probably not the greatest thing from Oh Great... probably doesn't even meet the mediocre mark.
It may not be as complex or deep as Tenjou Tenge, but it's a really well written manga, with cool compelling characters and a gang-war feeling that really sucks you in!! Just give it a try, and if it's not your thing, try Tenjou...
this is a pretty good manga i love reading it. my only grip is with just people who read it and not the story itself, i hate being mislead by reviews of someone who claims something to be crap but turns out to be a really nice little gem.
Don’t listen to the guy beneath. He said the characters suck. Why does he like Ringo then? The art isn’t typical it rules and is the best I’ve every seen. The story is alright for roller blades being it bases and AGITO RULES.
something new; with sports, fanservice, fights...so far its ok for me....somehow, i dun find the main character cool at all...but i've only read 7books...so....
Don't listen to the manga snobs. This is a VERY cool manga. The artwork is incredible. Whoever said the "babes" aren't that hot must have missed Ringo and !!!SIMICA!!!!!! For Oh Great! the story is sick as well. It is very gripping and you will definately be praying for scans to be released asap so you can find out what happens.
