Though this series is labelled as ecchi, you wouldn't feel much of an ecchi because this story keep getting more and more romance drama, and it's a good one.
The problem is, after the volume 3
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The story shift its focus to the other character in the other place. The series is still good and interesting but you'll have a feeling like you're reading spin-off manga.
Same world, same story settings, but almost every characters changed. It's like you were reading Iron Man and it Suddenly become The Avengers.

I still think the manga is good. But it'd be better if it doesn't just left the story on the other side halted like that for many volumes.

Update: Just finished this series
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
After I've read the whole series, the shifted focus now seems to make more sense.
But still, it's too long. It'd be better if the Nagoya arc were 50% shorter.
Anyway, this is a really good series.

I gotta say, the set up for this manga was one I really enjoyed. Depending on how you see this manga, will probably cause you to rage like I did. At first I enjoyed the relationship between the female lead and her co-worker, but after volume 3 everything quickly shattered. The male lead was nice to her even though he was sly, but I think he respected her and her decisions, treated her kindly and did whatever he can to make her happy for the first 7 chapters, others haven't been translated so I don't know what's going on afterwards. She seemed so innocent at first, but you see the other side of her fairly quickly after volume 3. I enjoyed reading the first 7 chapters so I skimmed through the rest of the 6 volumes that were out and I gotta say, I'm somewhat pissed at the story. The first 3 volumes are about her and her co-worker, since I don't know what's being said, I got a sense of what is going on. Volume 4-5 is mainly about her and her boyfriend which is what pissed me off the most. I think it's because the start has been laid out that I felt she will end up with co-worker, but as of volume 7, and the preview shown on volume 7, that might not be the case which got me really pissed because of her decision. Gotta say just hope it ends the way I want and she ends up with the co-worker instead of the boyfriend.

Crossing my fingers, but the preview really got me and now it sucks thinking that I'm going to be reading volumes 4-7 once it gets translated too.... Damn...... To me the story was laid out that the co-worker seem more like the boyfriend and when she was with her 1st boyfriend, it was like she was cheating on the co-worker, which was what got me pissed, so yeah..... Will probably get even more pissed reading when it's translated, but oh well. Mangaka definitely got me raging! Hope it ends on volume 8 which might be the ending seeing how it ended on volume 7.

The Ending:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The story pretty much ends at volume 9, skimmed the raws and it seems like Seiyuu ends up with Youkadou(the co-worker), so I guess happy ending? Not much is revealed in volume 10 other than maybe the first few chapters which the rest is pretty much extra stories about the love life of the other co-workers.

The plot does not quite win me over. The art is good though.

Given the case that the girl already has someone else and this "boyfriend" of hers is not some phantom, she is still cheating. Even if her "boyfriend" is far away and the new relationship is just a platonic one. That does not make it right. Anyways, dating an already committed girl will not do the main character any good, too. I mean, she is not really dedicated. Neither to him nor the "other guy".

The usual for this author / artist duo.

Man loves Woman unconditionally, man waits for woman faithfully, man pushes woman to solve her own problems, man aims for woman. Sounds romantic and standard shojo fare? Well, it's not.

As usual with Kizuki & Satou, the story is filled with heartwarming details, and the characters are headed for disaster straight on. Not because they are evil, not because they are doing the most horrible thing, not because they are too stupid and someone is leading him on; but because they are "weak little humans". It's easier to label what you are doing wrong with another name and keep going, and it's easier to lie to yourself and to fool yourself instead of facing up what's really happening. It's all easier and better, of course; until the jig is up and you have to face the music, the consequences.

The guy's love for the girl is "not pure", it's not like he lust for her body and then wants to kick her away, but instead is a more definite thing like "he wants her, because she is there" or "she is good enough"; the girl for her part also follows the "wrong path" by thinking that it's okay as long as she doesn't cross the evident "limits". The set up is completely there, and it will get more interesting (and not necessarily better) as the story goes on, since the authors are pretty good at shaking up the reader and at keeping the attention of the reader; but that doesn't mean that it's going to be a joyous ride and it's gonna be a bright ending after the rainbow.

In a story, you don´t have to like a character. Even when they make horrible decisions that are horrible. Like watching a movie where someone puts a gun to their head. A girl that´s wobbling on cheating, and he wants her knowing that. yet she doesn´t cheat, unless perhaps she´s lying about having a bf in the first place. Maybe they had broken up and she just doesn´t tell him for some reason. god I hope thats what it is. Because the current story has this guy ruining his life for a girl committed to someone else instead of just doing the sensible thing and moving on. Hell, just to annoy they let you know a beauty is right there for the taking if this guy wasn´t so annoying.

ruining his life? so you saying his choices depend on your view whats good or bad for him?Hes not driving a point at her telling he love her so much that he would do anything. He know the situation and he accept it, what he benefit is his values on the side not you said moving on? he did ask her that if either one doesn't like it anymore they both stop and untill he find himself a girlfriend. He isn't making a terrible choice its just life, get with it.

Terrible summary by Hell Clues.

Hell Clues hit the nail on the head. I was rolling my eyes at the male lead during the first few panels b/c he seemed so pathetic and the girl isn't much better so far. Another possible love interest has been established (and she's meganekko >.<).

The author and artist are both experts at leaving a bad taste in your mouth (Mon Seul being the most sterling example), but their manga series are usually good for drama junkies; and this manga looks like it would deliver:
