Okay, ladies. Wth? I am soooooo f annoyed with the set up of their relationship. I think i picked this up about 2 years ago, and dropped it bc of their ridiculous relationship. And I picked this up around months ago, (had zerooo idea that i dropped this) and remembered when the guy was ordering the girl to act like a f dog. What the h?
And there was this part wherein the guy wants to do "it" and the girl doesn't want to, he told her that she isn't in the position to bargain (they didn't do it in the end tho bc it's her time of the month) WHO. THE. F. DOES. THAT.

I hope this doesn't happen in real life ugh.

I dropped this series a while ago and just checked back on it today. I forgot how bland this series was.
The story was decent and somewhat interesting for a bit. But it loses it's point and you'll find yourself wondering where it's headed, not in a good way but in a 'what in the world is this mess?' way.
Then what is left is the characters and art. The female protagonist is just not lovable at all, her character is boring and no charms whatsoever. Bland. The male protagonist is pretty attractive and interesting but it goes downhill as time passed. The other characters feel like a prop. The art (which is basically the only merit left to this manga) just flops. I really enjoyed the art in the beginning, I really did. But the art changes pretty drastically over this series, if you compare the 1st volume to the latest ones you would hardly recognize that Kyouya is Kyouya of later volumes.

well if you are not too hung up about the realistic part of the storyline and don't take the characters too seriously, you kinda start enjoying its comical side.

At first i too was disappointed with the characters and the nonexistent character development. I mean she is a dummy who gets herself a jerk and just gets used to being treated like the idiot she is.
But than again, this is kinda just an aspect of the comedy. At first i was a bit sad about the way he treated her and her superficial reasons for love, then started to not care anymore and now i smile about all that stupid stuff.

In conclusion: if you don't take everything too serious and enjoy reading a clichelike but somehow stupidly different manga you can have some fun with this one.

It's okay. Personally I don't like manga where the guy degrades the heroine, but this doesn't annoy me THAT much. Eventhough the guy is a complete psycopath to begin with, he's changing - but the heroine is just the same old boring girl. Usually the heroine have that extra something - that oompht, energy or somethib, but she lacks that. She is just kind and weak and she's clingy too.

Despite that I still think it's decent read and it will probably hit right home for some readers with the SM/master-pet thing. I, on the other hand, wonder how far this story can go? It's a little blah at the moment. Especially with a weak heroine who is so easily satisfied.

Hmmm, apparently some are not too fond of this but I, for one, truly am. Sure, some scenes maybe cliche (not most okay? XD) but I just can't seem to stop reading because I am too amused as to how Kyouya reacts to things and the way Erika reacts to how he reacts. XD It's simply hilarious. Every time he opens that mouth of his, you would wonder if he's being sarcastic or not (but apparently most of the time he is) but let's cut the dude some slack, he's pretty tired of all these girls falling for his looks all the time (being called as a prince, I can only imagine how annoyed he truly is to the point he needs to put an act as one, either that or he has a LOT of free time ). Now I know that might sound like a typical shoujo plot but once you read it, you'll realize there's more to it in store for you.

At the very least read it for Kyouya's menacing face when he's annoyed at everything. The last thing you'll know, you'll find him (and everyone in it) really adorable despite his attitude problems. He has his moments, you could say.

i really like this story. i read a lot of shoujo(i mean a lot) and there all the same in their special way. but this manga is a little different. i mean theres still the weak girl but the one thing i like about her is that she KNOWS that she like him. she finds that out the after the first few chapters. and she tottaly execpts it and trys to make him fall for her and never gives up. and then after a while he shows a little feeling twards her. i think this is a perfect story so please keep up the good work Keijo Shoujo Scans

Vain, pathetic main girl in my opinion. I was hoping for someone to stop crying in every chapter in a shoujo manga. Guess that's not gonna happen. -.- And the guy is so... GRRRRRR.

id recommend it for those who like it in a master/pet sort of love im usually not into it as much but for some reason i cant stop loving this manga every chapter there's a hint of kyouya showing his caring side even though you can vaguely see it
though i really this this manga its cute and for some reason it doesn't feel like those other typical shoujo manga's so please keep on scanlating this manga Keijo shoujo scans lovee you guys :LL

When i read it i think its just a normal shoujo but then when i read the story ... its just not a normal story that i read ... the story has a complicated relationship between the protagonist .. thats why i love it!!

Started out great and the art and character designs are fantastic, but goes downhill once the heroine decides she's fallen for the male lead (for no reason). Then she just becomes pathetic, always chasing him around and thinking about how she can get him to like her back. It could have gone in a completely different and more refreshing direction, playing wayyyyy more on the master/pet-but-i-wont-go-down-without-a-fight possibility, but it chose instead to make the characters flat and unappealing (and the heroine a complete dog). What is the male lead's deal, and why is the heroine so lame? I cringe because this manga could have been great.
