In my opinion, the male lead is a total bishie... but only look-wise. His personality is overly cold and anti-social. Normally I really like those cliche male leads that are pretty and stand-offish, but this crosses a line. The way he treats the female lead is, at times, ridiculous. A couple of times throughout the story you may find yourself wishing that one of the other characters would just smack him.
That being said, this manga is definitely not for any readers looking for a physically strong, smart, female lead. Also, she may be emotionally strong... but it's to the point of masochism.

This manga is the kind that you either end up liking or not. I ended up not exactly hating it but not liking it either.

I jumped onto reading this because the art looked nice and the premise(though it's been done before) might turn out interesting with the mangaka's creativity. It's pretty average, I guess.

Our female lead, wanting to belong among her peers who've all had boy-experience, lies up an imaginary boyfriend(with the aid of her bestfriend) to impress the 'it' girls (who, amusingly, the hero comments to himself as the 'bitch duo').

Pressured into showing evidence of her boyfriend, she takes a picture of a hot guy she happens to pass by. Things happen, he blackmails her into being his dog, yadda yadda, he helps her pull off the fake relationship. So far, the story goes like that.

There's bullying of the heroine, an a**hole of a hero, a he's-so-mean-but-oh-noes-I-love-him heroine, and so on...the usual shoujo stuff.

I could have looked past it all if only it was written better. I really liked the art and really tried liking the characters (which I did around the beginning) but this just turns out pretty 'meh' for me. I'll come back if the plot gets interesting, like, Oh I dunno, some hero groveling maybe?

I'm a huge fan of hero groveling (because he's freaking lucky to have some girl, albeit a pretty wimpy girl, put up with his shit) and I love seeing it in stories where there's such a huge imbalance in the dynamics of the relationship. I hope it happens here and soon because I'm on the edge of dropping this.

As the reviewer below me said, I too would like to see some backbone from the heroine. This story can still be saved and maybe the comments in the future can read "oh, it was bad in the start but turns around around chapter *bleep*". Hopefully.

Ok seriously, I followed this series when it first came out. Originally, the cover art showed shes got some kind of backbone and I thought she would be the strong type that does not fall for main until much, much later. But boy, was I wrong. This turned out to be such a generic shoujo that its not even funny, not.a.single.backbone.omg. It went downhill like, FAST
Basiclly the art is the only thing keeping it alive and the hope she'll finally get a backbone, so I'll see it till the end.

Don't read the actual story, but skip to the individual scenes. I don't particularly like the characters or the story, but the scenes are cute, with witty dialogue.
Unfortunately, these scenes are few and far in between, which caused me to jump around to the parts that I actually thought were funny. I don't recommend reading through it, as if there's some deeper meaning. This is pure shoujo fluff, only a tad (okay, a lot) more irritating to read.
I can't imagine that this manga can last that much longer on its premise (except by adding random filler crap), but if the author decides to stop in about a volume or two, the individually cute scenes might earn this manga a 3. Maybe a 4.
I read this when I have time to burn, and I feel in the mood for page skipping. (It's actually quite a fun game. "Where's the jealous scene again?" sort of thing)

I think the art is decent although nothing special. The whole thing is just cliches and meaningless. The female lead is weak and boring, the male is not nice but not in a cool way either. You would expect smt like he looks mean and acts mean but some time shows his good side and she falls for him. Well, he doesn't really show much good and she just likes him for no reason. Besides he claims that she's his pet but he doesn't treat her as a pet nor act like her master. Maybe they did like once or twice. The plot is basically really weak. I know i cant expect much from a shoujo like this but this one is below average.

i really like this story. i read a lot of shoujo(i mean a lot) and there all the same in their special way. but this manga is a little different. i mean theres still the weak girl but the one thing i like about her is that she KNOWS that she like him. she finds that out the after the first few chapters. and she tottaly execpts it and trys to make him fall for her and never gives up. and then after a while he shows a little feeling twards her. i think this is a perfect story so please keep up the good work Keijo Shoujo Scans

Vain, pathetic main girl in my opinion. I was hoping for someone to stop crying in every chapter in a shoujo manga. Guess that's not gonna happen. -.- And the guy is so... GRRRRRR.

id recommend it for those who like it in a master/pet sort of love im usually not into it as much but for some reason i cant stop loving this manga every chapter there's a hint of kyouya showing his caring side even though you can vaguely see it
though i really this this manga its cute and for some reason it doesn't feel like those other typical shoujo manga's so please keep on scanlating this manga Keijo shoujo scans lovee you guys :LL

When i read it i think its just a normal shoujo but then when i read the story ... its just not a normal story that i read ... the story has a complicated relationship between the protagonist .. thats why i love it!!
