this story is very beautiful and romantic, especially the two main characters who each want to express their affection, but they slowly managed to get the feeling, especially when the Zen Shirayuki want to kiss, but because Shirayuki not know his feelings to the Zen. Zen stopped his intention! Zen is very sweet and good to Shirayuki, he was very concerned about girls he likes. Shirayuk otherwise pay attention to the Zen with great affection and love. I loved this story

When's this manga gonna end.
Tired of reading it but gotta read out of obligationnl!

Push through the boring first few chapters, and you'll be rewarded. I thought I'd drop this manga after a few chapters but I actually ploughed through all available chapters (32 at this time) in one go... The story gets into a good pace and the arcs aren't drawn out. Artwork isn't something to shout about; but it's pretty clean and everyone looks ok.

The heroine isn't always a damsel in distress, actually thinks for herself but still has little behaviors only a fluffy shoujo will have. (blushing furiously, having some sorta scent that makes everyone and their mother attracted to her...etc.) I feel that the side characters should break out of their cookie cutter roles a little, but at least they aren't annoying. Main hero (Zen) seems kind of slow in character development... he's basically too nice and too dependable from the start...

But overall a shoujo manga different from the norm and should be given a chance.

I love mangas where the girl has a brain; she is kind and strong! The male counter is also pretty good eye candy and endearing in his own way. Plot is intriguing, though perhaps a bit slow. Hang in there readers- I highly recommend it!

I liked it more when I thought it was a one shot. The are is wonderful and the story is just I'm not sure where its going. I feel that is just been dragged on when it should have already ended.

STILL I do enjoy reading it to kill time.

Eh. I couldn't get into this one because of how cliched it was and Shirayuki struck me as a super-genius-and-everyone-loves-her Mary Sue, personally. I could only get through a few chapters before I got bored and dropped it.

(And the whining about "well all manga are cliched!!!!" is the stupidest thing I've ever heard and is not a valid defence for flawed writing. If you think the author uses these cliches well, then you need to read more. A lot more.)

This is a definitely refreshing fantasy manga! The heroine amazes me: she is strong, intelligent, brave, and determined. I love mangas where the main girl has a strong character and does not only think about boys all the time. The prince is also very cute and strong. The two are such a nice match~ This is definitely for you if you like stories that are similar to fairy tales. I can't to see what happens next! The artwork is wonderful, by the way

I've been following this manga since 2009 now its almost 11 years start up great bit getting more draggy and boring in recent years. Storyline has been stuck at the same plot around 3 years. Mangaka tries hard to make Shirayuki the ultimate female lead who can do anything on her own but backfired. All readers have known how independent and good Shirayuki is since around 4 years ago. Too many new characters and filler plots introduced making this series its original charms which anyone cannot deny is the dynamic between Zen and Shirayuki. Nowadays Zen become just a support character with forefront and focus plot is around Shirayuki-Obi which is boring to say the least. Obi should have take a seat back, its boring having to see him in each chapter around Shirayuki in each chapter. Zen-Shirayuki scene nows have just become a click-bait for longtime followers to keep on reading and anticipating their scenes when its their scene is just crumble. I'm reading it because its a shoujo and im a shoujo fan, so i expect romance. Should have changed this tp slice of life/seinen. Everytime a new chapter came out i was like "tell me why is the mangaka still continuing on this series again? " Useless plot with useless storyline. Should have ended it during its glory stage years ago. Major disappointment.

It's simple, sweet, with likable characters and neat art. Besides that there isn't much else, so if you're looking for an exciting, gripping manga I suggest you turn straight around. I made it all the way to the 4th volume before I gave up. Up until then, the characters are pretty and sweet but unremarkable. I gave the manga a seven because it had the potential to be something greater, but since I read all the way up to the 4th volume without seeing any deep plot or character development I couldn't give it any more points. It doesn't hurt to try it, but don't force yourself to read the whole thing.

The heroine is suuuuper awesome; impresses me with her wit,
intelligence, resourcefulness, courage, and her deep sense
of self-respect. Even though she's from the lower class, she doesn't let that determine her self-worth. She doesn't back down to bullies. She fights back. She's just awesome!
