This series is a demonstration of how good CLAMP can be when they get things right: wonderful, flowing artwork that looks like something from the art nouveau period, combined with an engrossing story and a wicked sense of humour. Primarily for a more mature audience, as a lot of the subtleties of the story will fly over the heads of younger readers, this story for me is the best they have done to-date.

Hi this is a great anime series I really enjoy it a lot only problem had with this is went to site Be With You Scans and there irc area and couldn't find vol 11 on there any wear latest could find was vol10 ch4.

Love the plot, love the characters. The story gives an impact to the readers. I like the spiritual plot of the story. It ranges from hitsuzen to kitsune oden shop. The art is amazing, as expected from clamp. It's creative and artistic. The story can be funny, serious and sad. I like how it relates to tsubasa reservoir chronicle, another great clamp story. Highly recommended

This series is quite intriguing, with very unique storyline. The interrelation to Tsubasa:RC also is quite fun to read about. The character developments are done very well, and the unique character designs also aren't too bad at all, if you get used to it. A great manga.

Yeah, really great. I like the story because it makes you wonder what might there be, beyond the reality of everyday. Not to simplifie things here but .... well read it and have a god time.

I love this series, except the fact that it emphasizes too much on "hitsuzen" (the inevitable) & superstition. Well, the night right after I read chapter xy (don't remember), I cut my nails. I don't like superstition ~~> who knows why I love this series. =.='

xxxholic is an amazing series. CLAMP does a wonderful job of balancing the comical characters with the dark plot and as usual interjects some life lessons that everyone would do well to remember. The art keeps with the whole mysterious undertone and is refreshing in its uniqueness. It's a lot of fun to see characters from past series too. This is definitely a series I would recommend to CLAMP fans (and most shoujo fans), although perhaps not to people who dislike unhappy (or unconventional) endings.

Amazing all around. I think the guy who gave it a 2 was angry cuz his period or something but a must read. Ties in with Tsubasa and that adds to the suppense
