I read this manga by pressing the random button on a mangareader site, but it was such a great story and the art was vivid. But not only that, When went here to the baka updates site, people are even saying it came with an anime. I loved it and now i guess I have to watch the anime ver. of it. It's a great read, I'd recommend it well!
Well, I loved the anime, so it was a foregone conclusion I'd like the manga (for this)

I have to admit, I started to read this before I had watched the anime and was totally overwhelmed by the artwork. I couldn't work out what was going on in each panel so the story was wasted on me. After watching the anime, I re-read this (as I found scans online again) and found it was much easier to follow.
Personally, I felt that it was almost, if not as, good as the anime. There were things that were of course wasted in the manga; when he was throwing the seals at the walls, when the sword's teeth came together (which had a good sound effect in the anime), the bakeneko prowling around the house before it had form etc.
However, it was satisfying that the manga followed the anime so closely. In fact, I'm almost convinced that it followed it panel for panel. The artstyle is exactly the same as in the anime which is nice because they both have an individual style around the characters and settings.
I love the anime. It's my favourite by far of any I have watched and I cannot find anything to match up the character of the medicine seller and the mystery that surrounds him. My advice is to watch the anime without fail, and to be honest, the manga isn't all that bad either

I started reading this manga because I was so crazily hooked by the anime. And yeah, the anime is better, in my own opinion, way better. So I stopped reading it after the first volume. But if you enjoy it, good for you cause this series has something really unique about it. Still, check out the anime, the plot and the art is incredible!

Admittedly, there haven't been many chapters to judge by, so maybe I'll be proved wrong. Still, I stick by my opinion that the anime was infinitely better - the creative artwork, characterization and screenplay just blew my mind! Of course, it takes some getting used to, but if you're a veteran, you should like it immediately.

Wow! Finally, we can read this as a manga also ^_______^
I'm sooo happy that it's being translated from now on ^_^
The art is absolutely gorgeous, detailed and the characters look great. ;D
The story is exactly the same as in the anime.
This is a bit odd... but I hope there'll be more than just the stories that have already been revealed.
