It is a bit too fast, this means the emotional impact is lessened since you get less attached to the characters. There are a few loose ends left, like (major spoilers obviously)
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
* What exactly happened to Ms. Lee's father, who killed him and how.
* Why did this game world even start if the point was to disappear it afterwards ? Seems like a waste of time and energy for all involved.
* What is the point of replacing evil Samsung with another company, ominously calling itself Pandora ?
* What was the point of smuggling previously magical items and why was Pandora collecting them ?
Also, the fight with the main villain was a bit anti-climactic.

HOLY CRAP, ONE OF MY NEW FAVOURITES!
I won't write a lengthy review but, if you come across this, see the cheesy cover and see people claiming it's a Solo Levelling rip-off, you'll most probably - as I did - postpone reading it indefinitely or skip it entirely.
Don't.
This title features some of the best world-building, it has some of the best interactions between characters and the MC relies on his brain to win, not plot-armour. This has some genuinely funny moments and a cool story throughout, which actually delivers a truly satisfying ending (both endings).
100% worth your time; highly recommended.

Underwhelming and mediocre in every respect

I read the entire webtoon from beginning to end. It was mediocre.
The beginning was promising since it hinted at further characterization but completely failed to deliver.
In this webtoon, none of the characters were fleshed out, we got the most bare minimum of backstory (e.g. main character got betrayed by the bad guy, but we only see the moment where he got betrayed, none of the motivations of the characters nor the series of events leading up to the betrayal or anything else, we only see the moment where he gets betrayed and nothing else, so it really is just the absolute bare minimum of backstory). The author spends basically no time fleshing out any of the characters.
To be fair, we do see occasional glimpses of the personalities of the characters through their internal thoughts and actions, but most of these essentially boil down to "is this guy scamming me" or "haha, I'm about to scam this guy". None of the characters feel relatable, they're not humanized and their motivations are not explained.
The final fight was really underwhelming. It was basically:
And that was literally it. That's the end of the story.
The story ends at the point where the final dungeon is about to be entered. We don't know if it is actually cleared or not. It's a shitty cliffhanger ending.
To be fair, it is the mangaka's first serialized webtoon, so maybe I should cut him some slack, but, given the setup, it was very disappointing still. There is basically nothing to enjoy except for the plot. The characters are just not fleshed out and don't feel human, it was not enjoyable to watch the character interactions since it mostly consisted of the MC abusing his sidekick, but his sidekick doesn't even feel human either, he just felt like some one-dimensional sidekick character. Even Return of Mount Hua did this better, the students that the MC abuses actually felt like real humans, whereas in this story the MC's sidekick felt like just a punching bag basically.
Overall I would say it's just not good. There's just the plot and nothing else really. And the plot isn't even that good either. It's just the MC with the OP advantage of knowing the future so grabs all the OP items and wins because he has OP items. That's really the entire story in a nutshell. Everything that happens is within the MC's expectations, basically everyone else is an idiot compared to the MC. I really can't think of anything good about this webtoon tbh...it's completely mediocre in every respect.

The protagonist is the star of the show here, and he pretty much carries the entire plot on his back, his motives are very solid, and his main goal is in the title already, everything else is secondary, and that's also the main flaw of it.
Being an adaptation of a novel, every little thing not directly involved to the main motives of action of the MC was consciously gutted and left to the side, this, in turn, makes the personality or the motives associated with its side characters very shallow or one-note, otherwise, it's a decent read if you're in the mood of an MC who's basically playing 5D chess against unaware opponents.

I didn't read the novel, but I already understand that they skipped lots of explanations to go directly into the action, and it's a bit too fast here.

Really enjoyable read from start to end, only main problem I have with it is some fights are terribly off-screened and everything the mc needs he conveniently will have an arc about that thing he wanted coming straight at him through his assassins, I wouldn't complain but it happens right after he needs it and it has happened like 5 times like he needs an something and 10 lines later an enemy is discussing about that same very item and is about to attack the mc with it. MC's sidekick is fun and MC's schemes are the definition of 5-d chess which puts kim-dokja to shame. Made a comment here instead of the novel because I can't find where the webnovel is in this site.

The start is great we are introduced to an regressed MC looking revenge with the more or less straightforward goals become strongest in order to free the world from the game-like structure.
His trusty aide and dungeon-broker are introduced relatively early and are quite likeable characters that the author uses as stress-relief after the dungeon .But the way the dungeon broker can resolve almost anything is a bit unnatural ,I mean given his connections it's more or less credible for him to acquire stuff ,but it has no sense that he's without information leaks with so many helpers and how he makes the MC goes unnoticed .
The story centers more in the action than the novel and is entertaining enough on that aspect.BUT ,after it advances a bit ,some flaws become more and more apparent :
The author uses that the MC won't get attacked outside as the biggest plot armour ever ,he conveniently states it whenever the MC has a death flag and conveniently combining it with the oposite plot device of once closed people outside cannot target you inside a dungeon .(in the novel it's even messier since the author doesn't get his mind weather they can or can't communicate from the dungeon )
I mean aren't there tracking abilities ? When outside the dungeon he's always out of the public's eye (which is a very bad option since he is constantly pestering the "big players"😉
And lastly the antagonists and side-characters . If a non recurring character or an item are mentioned it's 90% certain the character will be ignored/killed after those events and the item will end up in the MC's hands.
