From Seven Seas Entertainment
Kyoichi, a weak-willed salaryman in a troubled marriage, is cheating on his wife. To his surprise, his wife hires a private eye to expose his affair–and the private eye is none other than Imagase, an underclassman Kyoichi knew in college. Imagase explains that he’s gay and always had a crush on Kyoichi, so he offers to hide the infidelity in exchange for the make-out session he’d always fantasized about back in college. Kyoichi reluctantly agrees, thinking it will save his marriage, but things with Imagase soon spiral out of control.

Unlike most yaoi, this one kept me interested in reading the next chapter for more than just the smut. My one complaint is, like yohtan stated, that the ending could have been more realistic.

am I the only person who hated this manga? ugh. such horrible people these characters that I can't get over that. I guess that is a testament on the mangaka's ability to write for person to person to feel so passionately as I do. I personally would had like the ending with no one getting what they want since that would had been more real. and OH please I don't believe this is about love at all...more like twisted obsession.

I usually don't read yaoi, but i thought i would try this because of the author. So i started reading, and was just amazed by how good it was. Each character was given depth and flawed personalities. This strengthened the plot and made it much more realistic for me, as a reader. Not only that, but the art is wonderful as well.
Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow

I haven't seen many stories like these in the yaoi/josei very much anymore. The characters are flawed, oh so very flawed and imperfect. It's agonizing, it's distasteful, it's wrenching, but it's thoughtful, and it's mature.
And I loved it. I absolutely loved it. I loved it so much I'm giving it a perfect 10 even if it doesn't deserve one. I love it because it holds a sense of reality. These characters, this story felt real to me. Unlike other manga's I've read, I couldn't love any of the characters. They were awful to each other and to themselves. Though it may sound odd, I love this story because of them. If anything, Mizushiro is a master of storytelling. I look forward to her past, present future works as well.

I don't read much of her BL titles before so this is the first one and i think it's really good. It's somewhat realistic when she portraying the characters in this manga though it's sometimes really annoying. Overall, it's good anyway.
So much improvement with her art lately

I like her old style. I don't have much preference to this new "prettier" pictures. The old ones have special "air" to it.
Story wise it's not as strong as most of her other works.
Don't get me wrong, it's a very good story, but not as "great" as 1999.
Lot's of cheating, but I can imagine that to happen. Sexual discovery isn't a smooth process. Tendency to cling onto familiar aspects is common.
NOTE:
I don't know if the story is finished. Mangaupdates says "end" but the Scanlation team says it still have 1 more chapter to go.

Personally, I though this was perfect. Somehow, it managed to hit all of the things I want in a love story or any story. The characterization was developed and well thought out with individuals being fleshed out and possessing different ways of thinking with actions and reactions that are fully realistic (though the motivations and personalities involved may not be). The romantic development actually had visible (and more importantly, understandable) progress, instead of teleporting from A to B. And of course, the backstory that permeates through everything.
Enjoyable...to an extent

I have mixed feelings about this manga. The writing is very good, but the characters aren't exactly the stuff of fairytales. They lie and cheat - a lot. Kyouichi is the type that is a woman's worst nightmare. He's a pushover and can't take no for an answer. These traits ultimately lead to a failed marriage and countless affairs. Imagase is no better - his obsessiveness is scary to the point that he treats everyone who is not Kyouichi with utter disdain. If it wasn't for Mizushiro Setona's gifted storytelling, I would find it hard-pressed to believe that such a relationship can have a happy ending. As it is, I give this manga a 7 for the author's ability to make me believe to some extent that these two guys are meant for one another and will live happily ever after despite all that has happened between them.
The best manga I've read so far for its plot.

The best manga I've read so far for its plot. And I've read pretty much everything there is. The drawing can be a turn off for some people, maybe.
For those of you not mature enough (people believing that every story should have a perfect ending or be worthless; people believing that characters without a flaw can be realistic...) please don't read.
All in all, a very thoughtful and adult plot. I love.
