coming from Oh! Great's debauchery of Air Gear (AG) and Tenjou Tenge (TT) comes something crazy. but in a good way (so far). reason for this is that these 2 older mangas each started off with a simple plot. although pretty basic, they had a solid foundation that grew nicely and could keep interest going. but then Oh! Great started taking both in crazy directions, totally out of sync with the narrative the stories have built up for so long. this wasn't enjoyed by many including myself.

luckily this manga takes a different approach. pretty much the crazy that AG and TT ended with has this embracing right off the bat. it fits the narrative since it's pretty much the core of the story now and the reader can make an educated decision quite early to keep reading or to drop it if it's not their thing. no need to read 100 chapters and then get into a mode where you only keep reading just because you invested so much time into it.

on topic of this manga itself, since i've only read the first 3 chapters, i can't make a solid case if this will be amazing but right now it's mysterious enough that it keeps me wanting to find out more about it's universe and what's going to happen next. granted it pretty crazy and confusing and will be off-putting for many, especially those that enjoyed AG and TT's starting points. but hey, you'll only need to read 2 chapters to find out if you want to dedicate time into this manga (probably..).

The ones before me really need to get a brain check, this is a Story about a fucked up world, nothing less nothing more. Things doesn't have logic anymore and thats a thing Oh Great is good at, i feel like he really got a hang about what he can and can't do. Those saying it doesn's make sense forget about them as they can't quite read while using the brain. The plot progress is right for a fantasy bio cyberpunk story. It shows love in a weird way and we may see "Bug" battles all over this manga. This Manga will point us about a kind of post apocalytic world we don't quite see in manga.

If you can follow a plot without preconceptions go ahead this may be a manga oh great can make well and it will be a fun ride if he doesn's screwup trying to make things have sense.

whern i found out that Oh! Great was making a new manga again i thought screw that i aint gonna read another one of his series after what he did to his last two; however i just decided to give him one more chance cause i was hoping he got back to how he used to write and learned from his mistakes cause i do love his art work and i guess im an optimist sometimes; but NOPE he didnt learn at all. i read this manga and a ton of it didnt make sense the story was too random and it basically was all the bad parts of his last two series with NONE of the good things besides the art (which yea the art is still great) but i totally agree with the comment before me and its just sad to see how Oh great cant make a proper story anymore i mean he even has a different writer and the art is great but he still messed it up i dont know what he started smoking but it messed him up and his way of working (not art though). i would have gave it a 5 only because the art work is great as usual but i gave it a 4 cause great art doesnt make a great manga as this author keeps reminding me. Anyway im not reading this anymore i might skim though his future chapters just to see the art maybe.....but i doubt it

The manga police have apparently forbidden Oh! Great from writing because he just can´t be bothered to write two sentences that interlink or make sense but he has not given up. He found a partner in crime with Maijou Outarou to give him direction for what to draw, unless this is a pseudonym, and we again got the chance to relearn who the true king of crazy is when it comes to manga. Biorg Trinity is his easily most insane and incoherent work yet and that is saying something. I don´t know what the final product is supposed to be or even care a bit but a "manga" it is not. Was this here produced on drugs? Read a chapter or two, have yourself a laugh and step away immediately unless you want to risk a loss of sanity. Oh! Not so Great should just return to his hentai roots or stick to a career in art books or character designs only.

Update: I checked back after reading that the manga ended and I can´t say that I am surprised that the "concluding" volumes may be his most incoherent and pornographic yet. This rubbish seemingly ended worse than it started. Not that whatever I flipped though can be called an ending. This is now his 3rd out of 3 long-form manga that just stops randomly and at least the 2nd where the female lead gives up on wearing clothes after a certain point. This was published in a variation of Jump magazine! Words fail me. In conclusion. Play a Persona game or read/watch JoJo Part 4.
