The sex and some parts are bad/boring, but the ending made me reevaluate the story.

If you already read something by Yamamoto then you can expect basically same experience. Do not misunderstand, themes, thoughts and story is actually pretty fine, It's just how Yamamoto works and blends various parts it creates his distinctive style.
Three individuals, weird organization, almost uninhabited island and various peculiar tasks. Even interesting mix of ingredients can turn to be complete rubbish if you cook it wrong. Fortunately, this isn't that case. One of the most interesting parts of this piece is presentation of "trust". Characters trust completely everything the organization says to them. On the other side, reader can't (or at least shouldn't) trust absolutely any information whatsoever.
Beside "trust", Yamamoto touches themes of "love, humanity and self-knowledge". At some points one can see paraphrase of Adam and Eve. Interestingly enough, It's depicted in a way that you can't be completely sure in what position "Adam and Eve" are. Are they trying to get to Eden Garden? Or maybe they're already in it. You can really think about this story if you want.
Drawings are nice. Classic Yamamoto again, nothing surprising there. And yes, there's quite a lot of sex. If you think you can take it then read this piece. No worries, this isn't some idiotic mindless porn manga.

to read this manga, one need to be okay with walls of text that can be monotonous and indecipherable, unlikable characters, slow moving plots and very weird themes. i really enjoy it, especially toward the ending where everything rush along, but this manga is not for everyone.
i actually....

....liked it!
i disagree with the post below mine...its certainly not porn.just like @barbapapa said it has enough graphic scenes but you still cant call it fanservice
dont be misled by the "borderline-h" tag!
someone already said this, but i'll say it once again.this story is not for everyone.
i cant guarantee you will like it but the premise is very interesting
it raises questions about reality, faith and insanity
do you ever think "what if for the past so and so years ive been in a coma and this is just a dream?" i think this is where the author got started from
its basically a story of how we sometimes long to escape from the cruelty of reality
very deep and well thought out

That really sucked.
Right, so, it should be noted that large parts of this are devoted to sex. Basically it's porn - let's face it. There's no good reason to have that much graphic sex except as fapping material. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good porn (I suppose YMMV). It was boring.
So, moving on from the porn. Now, yes, there's some reasonably well thought out thematic content in here. Unfortunately, the execution is as boring as the sex. The characters are drones - and yes, I realise that's the point, but that doesn't make it any more enjoyable to read.
Some of the premise is interesting - cults are an interesting topic, but reading Wikipedia articles on real cults is far, far more entertaining than this - and I'm not saying that because Wikipedia is a bundle of fun or anything.

I was confused throughout the story until the end. It was an unraveling mysterious throughout the reading. At first, I couldn't figure out which character was the main one. After reading the story, I couldn't help but to question what the author wanted me to understand. The story begin with three people stranded on an island lacking food, communication, and society but they were "free." Their main tasks are to write out their dreams and follow a program instructed by the "master." Similar to the reader, they don't know about their past. All they know is that they have to follow the "master's" instruction and survive on the island. A series of events happens and the reader begins to understand the character's background and history. In the end, the main character finds himself confronted with an opportunity but gives up the chance of freedom for sanity. Yamamoto Naoki presents the underlying theme about how man can easily be misguided (man v. self and man v. man).
I love it

Naoki Yamamoto, what a phenomenon. You completely love him, or you detest his stuff. If you're part of the first group you already know what's so great about his stuff. A LOT of sex is used in his stories, but it is hardly every gratuitous, nor can it be called fanservice. But what lies beyond are deeply intriguing characters and stories that question everything about modern day society. There's always a healthy layer of cynicism in his stuff, something that is so refreshing and needed when tackling the subjects that he does.
I fully recommend it, but it's 50/50 whether you'll like it or not.

Synopsis: The story follows the interactions between three people placed on an island for initially unknown reasons. As the story unfolds, the reader comes the realize the deep impact "faith" has on ordinary people.
Sorry for the atrocious attempt at the synopsis but it's better to read this without knowing what the story entails especially since giving more details would give the story away and lessen the impact it has. IMHO, this is one of those stories that is better understood if read a couple of times or at least thought through (i.e., not a "quick" read). Personally, I couldn't get into the story at all the first time around, and finally was able to read it through on my second attempt... I wasn't sorry that I had read it but I wouldn't have been sorry if I hadn't read it either.
As for the art, the art is clean with simple lines and drawn in the mangaka's own distinctive style but nothing spectacular (imho).
