I loved this series and was sad when it was over. There were so many memeable moments that I have saved to my phone, it isn't even funny. The only thing keeping it at a 9 instead of a 10 is that I really think there was no reason to drag on certain aspects of the comic Other than that, it was awesome and I recommend it for anyone wanting a lighthearted romance with two adorable MCs with some amazing backup characters as well. I agree with Gruntzone360 that certain things were botched, but it's one of my favorites.

A pretty good romance. I liked the cast, the humour was fine and the plot was well done. I do wish the some side characters got more closure to their arcs though.

I'd say the concept of messing with gender roles in romance has been done better though (Man Drowning in a Veil). But this is still good.

What I mean by my title 'Good story ruined towards the end'

- still reading (it’s kinda long) and it’s so cute ):
- what a relief to read a josei. i think most of my problem w ois (this is def not an oi though lmao it’s just set in normal modern korea with no magic or change) begins from how they are shoujo. everyone is actually learning lessons about how to interact better with each other! they actually take them and implement it! they communicate ! it’s brilliant !
- it’s a slight parody exploring the fall out common ceo rich guy trope (fl’s ex) w normal woman (fl). everything’s just on the side of cliche and i adore it. very amusing to see all the cultural references
- this is about a working woman and her relationships. she’s strong-headed, intelligent, and mature. yeah silly but she’s capable and competent !!
- the ml is so cute oml. i haven’t met one legitimately this adorable in a while.
- and yeah like other people noted, the drama is rather bland. it does drag out quite a bit but you end up reading for the characters and their development, like a comfort at the end of the day rather than some gripping romance story.
- i LOVED the friendships between the women. seriously jua (fl’s ex’s arranged fiancée) is so adorable trying to make friends

overall: 8/10 cuz it’s kinda slow and more of an in-between read but that’s the charm of a working manhwa no ? oh and it does remind me a little of a good day to be a dog

I wish more women IRL would be like the lead

Unfortunately it doesn't make for the most exciting story. She's really responsible and tough and does a good job fostering friendship and positive behaviors.

It's a cinnamon roll cutesy feel good story, not really dramatic or exciting or sexy

Just like litcht said the story isn't challenging story wise but instead makes fun of the Korean Drama fantasy.It is an enjoyable read for reverse role readers however. The characters are lovable, I have yet to rate this. 9/24/21

Alright by this point the villains are straight up psychos and delusional. Constantly making up new excuses to get what they want. It's like they have no clue about how threatening they are. I just got chills from a recent chapter and felt the need to confirm this. I wonder how far the author is willing to go at this point because those villains should be in jail. 4/15/22

Final review since the series is over:
I didn't really expect what happened at the end but whatever it not inconsistent with the story. The only problem I can really say with the story is the villains. They are not creatively thought out and are not geniuses either. Like I wasn't expecting Death Note (season 1) levels of tactic but I didn't expect them to be so delusional and dumb as a box of rocks. If it had gone on any longer it would have ruined the story for me but it didn't and thank goodness. But it made me realize that despite this being a fiction there really are people that bad out there, sadly . I'm just glad the main characters got a happy ending. The female lead wasn't dumbed down for romance and had a strong personality unlike a lot of series. The male lead was really innocent and the wing man little brother was a nice touch. So yeah I can honestly say I enjoyed reading this. 06/09/22

It's really funny nd the humour is great but he only thing that annoys me is that author doesn't have a talent for writing drama between characters. It's absurd and dragged. It's unreasonable when the characters act the way they do which is nt realistically possible.
