When it comes down to it, being "original" these days just means rehashing old things up. It's like telling people to be "original" in their sex lives. What hasn't been done before? o_o

Everything has been done, but there are many untried combinations - it's all about the set out. And throwing in an actual plot, not excuses to particitate in coitus, is a HUUUUGE bonus.

Besides, all storys get originality simply from characters and plot, and not much else. But, then again, I suppose it's just for a wank, not like they're gunna make big bucks so whats the point in actually thinking it through?

Common sense : They need to put SOMETHING there (TWSS) or it's weird and if the only spoken word is "ah," it's kinda weird. You have to know that even though it's hentai, it's still manga, and characters speak in manga.

The main thing lines in porn/hentai should be doing is creating a sense of intimacy and the characters being engaged in what they are doing, enjoying it.
The problem about ooh aah in porn is that you just can not fake it extremely well, and the thing about talking is that it just generally serves the opposite purpose than it is meant to serve, and "ooh" and "aah" could actually work well in hentai because the artists have 100% control over the expressions.
I have actually read a non-hentai manga that had sex scenes like that, and to be frank, it was better than all but a single hentai out of all I have ever viewed.
