I don't really find vampires sexy. I mostly define vampires as cool because of their fighting ability and how vicious they are. Misaki from Blood Alone is cute since she's just a little kid. Lol, most of the vampires listed in this thread are busty women. Sorry, but I'm not into women, so I guess I can't agree.

They're only hot cause modern culture made them that way. They were hardly sexy before those vampire novels of the 19th century became popular.
