Batman is bad. He's annoying, clueless, moronic, binary minded and very immature.

The movie is too long, at one point you are clueless about what's going on because it really gets complicated (two-face drama angry at the police)

The joker actually puts on a good show. Watching him manipulate weaker minds was my real pleasure during this film.

The soundtrack is typical refurbished Hans Zimmer & Howard stuff. It actually has a good feeling of grandiose attached to it but it's not enough to impress me with the feeling that Batman is a great justicier.

I could go on but I don't like to write in english.
It's still a lot better than Batman begins, which was a total failure since it relied on the performance of batman.

7/10

your batman bashing is baseless. Of course all superheroes will probably have binary thought patterns that hows you save the day. You cant be stuck up on emotions and feelings when people are counting on you to save their lives but its the ideals that define Batman that guide him. Thats basically the underlying conflict between joker and Batman. what human instincts defines people when they're put into primal situation. Chaos and immorality vs. order and ethics. But the movie had some major flaws. Mainly two-face the character was necessary but the whole concept of him was stupid. If he was on some vendetta against the people who were involved in the death of rachel then why not kill joker he had the gun to his head fuck the 50/50 bullshit

Proper paragraph formatting FTW.

And he wasn't bashing, he was giving a fair review. Plus use spoiler tags.

Some of my friends thought it was too long and got tiring, but I enjoyed every moment of it. They said the ending was crappy, but I thought it was ingenious. They thought the joker was creepy, but I thought he was cool. I guess I don't fit in with my friends..

But I must say , Joker redefined how villains are supposed to be in action movies ( well, at least for me )

Lulz, Sin City anyone? The King of Persia(300)? The dude in No Country for Old Men? Die Hard? Blade?

Geeezuzzzz. To many accolades for this portrayal. Damn.

Film was good though I was disappointed... with all the dick sucking of Heath Ledger that has been going on I thought he was going to redefine the role of deranged psychopath villain but he was only.. meh.. good. I guess it's the same old thing of die young and people start remembering you better than you were.

Roll on Watchmen so Hollywood can butcher another comic book adaptation.

Sin City was epic. Frank Miller is the man, I loved that movie.

Anton Chigurh from no country for old men was amazing, quite possibly better than joker and certainly more frightening.

I hope to god in the next Batman movie, if they shove Robin in, they better make him pretty kick ass cuz I can't really imagine a kick ass Robin to go with the new Batman.

Yeah, the No Country guy was probably a better villain, but that move was R rated.

I'd say Ledger's joker is the most well-defined and disturbing villain I've ever seen in something PG-13.

I seriously hope they don't force Robin in there. Robin, in any incarnation, is almost always undeniably lame. They shouldn't put Robin in unless they want to start killing off the franchise.

Robin can be well done, but it's really hard and risky, chances are Walrothetacoking is most likely right about Robin killing the franchise. As for new villains for the next movie, what do you think? Riddler again? Maybe Manbat.
