I use ACDSEE. It can view picture files inside RAR and ZIP without having to extract it first. It loads pretty fast and reliable.Good program.

I read in my car when waiting for others
for digital, I use comicviewer (recently updated to support jpg2000), people also recommend mangameeya & hamana. I guess they are also good as listed from manga reader sites.

Well me being a Linux user I use a program called gThumb Image Viewer, I have tried other programs for linux and that is always seams to be the best.
When I was on windows though I tried many programs and always went back to using the windows image viewer, though gThumbs on linux is so much better.

Ooh forgot to post this, but i forgot a few weeks ago i found the "auto fit to width" feature. Alt + O and u can figure the rest out yourself...easy stuff. Mine is set to auto 100% now, its so good not having to zoom anymore ^_^

lol, that program is horrible. Last update was in 2003 and it doesn't even support archived files (.zip, .rar, etc.)
Hamana is the best manga viewer around.

I use the plain and simple windows picture viewer. Like i just said, windows picture viewer is simple (plain right easy to use, a click here and there and ready to read with full screen zoomed in).
I tried CDisplay and such, but it does not have the 'plain and simple' calling that i yearn for, and it's annoying to use.
