What language do you speak, and how well do you speak them?
How well can you translate between the segmenting language?

Can you put it in a lined context or numeral format to make it clear?

Culture : 9/10 (I think I spent too many of my life watching anime, manga, and japanese movies... even japanese people don't follow my talk about the japanese media, which is kinda bad, lol)
Social : 4/10 (I think I have too much japanese friends, and sometimes out of a whim I speak japanese with them but not to communicate just for a comical mood to create)
Personal : 1/10
