I'm looking for manga (preferably high genre with a romance subplot) that has a flawed female protagonist. Maybe she's greedy and a little bit selfish like Lina Inverse or a bit cowardly who just wants to lead a normal life like Tsukino Usagi or doesn't think their actions through like Sakura Milan from Gakuen Alice, flawed characters who learn to overcome her faults as the series progresses.
Not looking for female protagonists that are always inherently good and well meaning with unwavering good intentions like Akatsuki no Yona or Cardcaptor Sakura or Reimei no Arcana or Vampire Knight.

This main girl is somehow similar to Lina Inverse since she's greedy and shows all her flaws when it comes about money:
GS Mikami Gokuraku Daisakusen!!: Reiko Mikami (protagonist) is one of the most skilled and powerful Ghost Sweepers in the world and is the president of the Mikami Ghost Sweeper Office. She is a beautiful and greedy, caring for nothing besides money, but deep down she has a good heart.
The following girl is a horror addict and her personality changes when it becomes about dark and light:
Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge: Sunako Nakahara (protagonist) is a Gothic loner who enjoys horror movies. She was a normal girl until the cruel words of a crush calling her ugly blackened her view of the world. Now she seeks shelter in the dark recesses of her room with her ‘friends’ the horror collectibles like her anatomical model she named Hiroshi-kun. However, thanks to her aunt, she is forced to live in the same house of four beautiful boys (also known as “Creatures of the Light”). She has trouble looking at them as they are beautiful and unlike the world she is now comfortable with. However these boys are also beautiful in the inside and through friendship she accepts them as they help her find inner beauty too.
The third girl has many flaws that makes up under a fake appareance and personality:
Switch Girl!!: Tamiya Nika (protagonist) is a beautiful, outgoing, popular high-school girl. She has just the right look, just the right fashions, and is everyone's friend. What everyone at school does not know is how hard Nika works to keep up this perfect image, and what she is REALLY like at home. When not at school, Nika is a scary, sloppy, tight-fisted girl who wears glasses, an ugly sweatsuit, and has her hair pulled back into unattractive buns. She lies around playing video games and reading manga. Her attitude is bossy and cranky, and she travels far out of her way to shop where she won’t be recognized.
An this one (not particularly my cup of tea) is like Usagi Tsukino in many ways:
Ojamajo Doremi: Doremi (protagonist) reflects a typical magical girl: lively to the point of being noisy, a poor student, clumsy and careless though very compassionate, and has shown to be boy-crazy in earlier seasons. She often proclaims herself to be "the unluckiest prettiest girl in the whole world" when things don't go right for her.
