Anyone can recommend me any good manga or novels about reincarnation or time travel, it can be in any genre, like magic, rpg etc. BUT PLEASE NO ROMANCE and NO ANNOYING GIRLS.

Bokura no Kiseki Absolutely awesome. Really, the characters are just excellent and every chapter there's a turn you won't expect. Arguably there's romance, but it's really subtle and essentially irrelevant to the main plot and purpose of the story. The focus is on political maneuvering, regret, and the whole cast trying to come to terms with the fact that they don't know the reason their past lives ended pointlessly. And that the world they live in now is unrelated to the memories which they cannot let go.
