Tokyo Crazy Paradise is my favorite but it seems you already took it. I really like strong female leads too.
here are a few series I find amazingly good, always wishing for more...
Dengeki Daisy ------ This manga is AMAZING, you won't be able to stop reading
Sennen no Yuki ----- I LOVE THIS SOOO MUCH, on hold currently, will be continued
Gakuen Alice ------ This was my #1 fav for a long time before it was replaced by FMA --
Kamisama Hajimemashita---- I love the plot of this manga
Kaicho wa Maid-sama ---- Amazingly tough female lead, awesome~!
Kisu Yori mo Hayaku --- Crazy about it, female lead has sense of justice just like Tsukasa from TCP
Immortal Rain ----- Everything about this manga makes you fall in love.
Beast Master ------ it was too good for it to be so short
Hana ni Arashi ----- Girl is EXTREMELY skilled, physically, why did this manga have to end!?!?
W Juliet ----- a gender bender like TPC, both characters are very skilled at fighting.
there are lots more where that came from.

most of what i've read have already been mentioned, but this one hasn't: Akagami no Shirayuki Hime it's really nice and refreshing, unique i'd even say, already 1st chap is great...
