many mangas start with a protagonist who meets the heroine/strange men/some mafia/organistaion..... and is drawn into fights/another world/ you know....
im looking for a hero who is already fond of the situation and meets the people who dont know what everything is about.

id prefer the manga to be more deep with affecting drama and not really necessary nor unwanted but comedy would be nice. though the drama parts should be good.

example:
i dont really have any in mind right now but if you read
GANTZ
in one point the whole team, that already is known to the situation, dies except the protagonist. then new people arrive....
well like that, though it doenst have to be in the middle of the story.
at the beginning would be fine^^

sounds a bit like the dragon crisis anime. i´ll look for some manga for you

some of the mangas like Until Death do us part or Soul Eater dont fit very much cause they arent really in any "situation" and meet people who are not aware of it...as far as i remember.
i think you got it wrong thinking that, im looking for a protagonist who doesnt start at zero/ordinary or common person.
