I'm looking for a manga where the protagonist has some kind of terminal illness that they could die from at any given moment. However I want the protagonist to be strong and smart etc...
I got the idea from Xing-ke from Code Geass, his illness is shortening his lifespan by a lot but he's smarter than Lelouch and more capable than Suzaku... so something along the lines of that but hopefully the main character.
