So I read Beast Master and the main duo happened to get along there. I also read the first 3 chapters of Last Game and it does seem to be a manga where the characters get along.

Anyway I wouldn't mind even more titles with characters getting along.
The previous two examples were shoujo, but I would prefer shounen or senien series (though I'm ok with any demographics).

Touch - Minami, the female lead, is still the most popular female manga/anime character among male audiences in Japan
Rough - the female lead initially holds a grudge against the male lead, but warms up to him and the two get along really well. The guy is a bit of a tsundere though.
