I'm looking for a shounen/seinen manga where all the antagonists have demonic personalities (very arrogant or selfish pricks). However, I want the protagonist to be the same and overcome all adversity simply because he has even more of a demonic personality. Comedy and romance prefered. Even better if the antogonists all go "WTF is going on?!? This guy is a freak!" in the end.

when Jang Hyun ruined Shingi's reputation, and Shingi retaliated with blackmail and caused Jang Hyun's reputation to become even worse than his and then tortured Jang Hyun by having pirahnas bite all over his stark naked body (and took more blackmail photos afterwards).

Laharl from the disgaea series would fit, it's primary a game, but there is also a manga

Makai Senki Disgaea Didn't read the manga, played the game though. In time he will become more "moral"

I don't know if it really fits but you shoud try Kyou kara ore wa! The main character is kinda evil and he doesn't have a change of heart
