Does it have to be "Master and Servant", or would "Master and Pet" or something comparable also be fine with you?

Anyways - For the first possibilty, maybe Yokujou © Max or Chou yo Hana yo (Josei) would be worth a try. As for the others, Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji (Master and Pet) and S no Yuiitsu M no Zettai (Ch. 1: "Solely S, Absolutely M" + Extra; The characters are childhood friends and one treats the other like a slave) could be somewhat interesting. ^^"
