Well there's Katekyo Hitman Reborn! If you haven't read it yet, it's pretty funny at times, and a very similar main character (in alot of ways, if I remember To Love Ru correctly...)

Nice list, and I've only read a few. Keep them coming.
Umi no Misaki is one of a kind and very good; wouldn't call it mindless comedy/ecchi though. Nozoki Ana comes closer, and is definitely way up there in borderline H. I love Countrouble, dunno why but it's really fun. But Kiss x Sis..that was too ecchi even for me. Way too extreme.
I'll check the others out.

Probably the first two aren't mindless, but there are too many hilarious scenes to make up for it, so I say you should at least check them.
