Hello, I'm looking for manga which the protagonist hide a marriage relationship.

If you haven't tried Kisu yori mo Hayaku I think it fits what you're looking for?
Edit: I think there's also a Secret Marriage/Secret Relationship category so you could search for manga with that.
Ooh and another good manga is 14-sai no Koi. They aren't really hiding a marriage relationship but they are trying to hide their relationship. It's a cute school life romance and it's not so cliché like typical shoujo so it's worth a shot.

Hapi Mari for at least part of the time.

Miseinen dakedo Kodomo ja Nai-this one is a new series, so there are only a few chapters, but it fits the secret marriage theme
