Tadaima Shinryakuchuu! - a very short crappy ecchi harem which rips off many manga and anime, but which has a few very nice dere-dere moments between the male lead and female lead (and the guy is even showing some initiative) Edit: ah wait, this one is suppose to be seinen, so it doesn't count

Seto no Hanayome only three chapters (ch 35, 36, and 37) that hasn't scanlated yet.
Yanki-kun to Megane-chan, dunno why Mahou-x haven't released the last three volume but constantly release Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo. Well, if you interested to scanlated it, better talk to that group first.

I second HERO's Hori-san to Miyamura-kun. I'd really like to see the author's original version.

Vanilla Spider by ABE Youichi sounds just as oddly interesting as the mangaka's other work, Chimoguri Ringo to Kingyobachi Otoko.

A promising series that hasn't been scanlated ever since the scanlation group dissolved, is Noisy Girl by Kurata Hideyuki. It seems to tell random stories but the first chapter makes me think that there will be more to it than all these crazy scenes that cracked me up.

Recently, I stumbled upon a peculiar little Shounen that has been dropped. It's called Tabi to Michizure by TANA Kanoka, and the setting resembles the one in "Groundhog Day", but the atmosphere feels more like "Alice in Wonderland": Mysterious, strangely allegorical, and full of wonders.

EDIT:
I forgot to mention Baccano! - 1931 The Grand Punk Railroad by NARITA Ryohgo/ GINYUU Shijin. It has been dropped for over three years now, even though the story has been made into a well-known anime. I'd really like to see its continuation.
