The problem i have with many 4-Komas is the story development, that is close to 0. How funny they might be if it only contains one gag after another it can get boring fast (except a few). Im searching for 4-Komas of every kind, they just have to be like i described.
Examples i have are The Voynich Hotel and B Gata H Kei

The first that comes to mind (actually the second after B Gata H Kei) is Hidamari Sketch. It is however slice of life, so it'll be slow.
Others with some development:
Kotoura-san (this one feels like it doesn't fit in the 4-koma frame)
Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui! (not a lot of development but it's getting there)
A Channel (suprisingly there is some development. Just some)
If you don't mind the yuri:
Poor Poor Lips
