All of the MC you mentioned weren't evil, they just have their mentality a bit messed up, the guy from Arifureta may be able to kill anyone who is a enemy but he still is really good with his party, the one from Tate no Yuusha had a time were he didn't trust anyone but when he started opening to Raphtalia he showed that he still was a good guy, at least to his companions, the one from LMS just has a twisted personality, he cares a lot for his family anyway, Re:Monster is a bit different but he isn't that evil, just lawless, he does what he wants, Konjiki no Wordmaster's is rude, arrogant and all but he isn't a bad guy that uses his powers evilly. The title says it better, they are just evil-
ish, not actually evil.
I suggest you change what I pointed out, anyway, going to the suggestions,
Suterareta Yuusha no Eiyuutan (Novel): he is the most evil character in a novel like Arifureta, he was used as a bait, killed and reborn, and now he wants revenge on his classmates.
I'm trying to remember more but I can't remember anyone else to fit, maybe
Shinka no Mi (Novel) but it has not progressed enough for me to know.
