Hai so im looking for some new yaoi to read, thanks in advance to any suggestions heres what im looking for..

1) A dog like seme who follows around the uke and is very loyal, he can be possessive and it'd be nice if the uke was dominant outside of bed ^^

2) A S&M couple :3

3) A animal-themed yaoi, i would prefer if they really had animal characteristics e.g ears, tail, personality.. and not just them dressing up or cosplaying

Akiyama-kun has the best dog-like seme I've ever seen (he even barks, hahah!) It's pretty good but fairly well-known. You might have read it already.

Yer i started reading it but dropped it at the time since the beginning was so cringy(im the type of person who can handle brutal murder and rape but when its in front of others the embarrassment i feel for the characters kills me x.x) but iv picked it up again and its gotten good ^^ thanks alot! got any other suggestions?

Some animal themed ones for you:

Mori no Animal Company Animal boys run a company in the forest. It's cute, it has some interesting types of couples and characters.

Nekoka Kareshi no Ayashikata and the sequels and all the spinoffs involved were-cats.

Gakkou no Sensei A human teacher becomes the teacher for a bunch of abandoned animals. Very cute, but not too romancey (yet?).

Love Neko Technically the cat boy is a robot? But he's still a cat boy! I think there's a spinoff, or this is a spinoff of another catboy manga by that author.

Oinari-sama no Honey Bunny Another one with slow developing romance. Bunny boy, fox boy, a bunch of different kinds of animals here.

Inu mo Arukeba Fallin' Love It's been awhile since I've read this one, but I think it's about a dog that turns human?

Animal Characteristics is a tag you might look through. It contains characters with literal animal characteristics (e.g. ears, tails), but I also think it might have characters that are animal-like, like how you are looking for dog-like seme.

Honenuki ni Saretai has a dog-like seme.
Maybe Violence na Kimi ga Suki
Uwasa no Oujisama
The pairing Jin&Momo in Heart no Kakurega fit the bill. I highly recommend this manga! (:
