I read this mature-ish manga some years ago, but have since forgotten the name of the manga..

Basically, the mc is a male highschooler or university student and he starts dating this vampire princess or noble, and her male vampire servant or familiar w/e he is, is against this relationship (i remember him changing forms into a bat) and he starts hypnotizing the mc's childhood female friend (she's in love with mc but the love is kinda unrequited) and regularly rapes her in an attempt to ensure the continuation of the vampire bloodline.

That's all i remember about it. I remember dropping the manga halfway through in disgust but can't help but wonder if the story's come to an conclusion and want to finish it

And no, it's not Dance in the vampire bund.
