something like gurren laggan, paranoia agent, or maybe evangelion (not sure about this one)

something that came by after 2012 , and is very deep and easy to get into
with outstanding standing story telling and good philosophy/moral behind it

First I'm just going to point out that Anidb.net has a "new" tag...

But as for actual recommendations (there will be much mecha here, but since you talked about TTGL and Evangelion I'm guessing you won't mind... bigrazz ) :
Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo
Suisei no Gargantia
Nobunaga the Fool
Aldnoah.Zero
Kill La Kill
Space Dandy
Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2199
K

Not all of these fit all your criteria though... I mean, Space Dandy is in NO way "very deep"... or maybe it's soo deep I can't see it... none
I'd say that the ones that fit the most are Cross Ange, Gargantia and Yamato.

after 2012

Ditto on Space Dandy and I'll throw out there Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. Also, I'd mention Akiba's Trip and Rage of Bahamut GENESIS, but both of those are based off of games, so I think that's cheating.
