to be honest this will change things a lot because authors, artists, and publishers will try to go for anime and manga that will sell to a wider audiece, hence a drop in ecchi manga.

First, the date of release 1st april (Aprils fool? lol)
Second, no more harmful material for kids under 18! (Well we all know how underage can easily get alcohol and smokes all over the world)
Third, no more rape or forced stuff in manga/anime industry that may make people want do it! (beybey doujins and eroge, rofl!)

i'm guessing there'll be changes on the entire age related genre system on manga and anime.. my country use a whole different one from japan. some shounen here are consider for adult and believe it or not it's also work the other way around...

I voted Barely noticable bc everything is vague and also I hope it to be barely noticable. I don't have a prob if he just wanna labeling of the mature titles. But he can't ban all ero-mangas. The thing that is most scary here is that he may forbid school themes in the ero-mangas, and they are big part of these titles.
